United Defense Manufacturing Corporation (UDMC) was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on 2006 primarily to engage in the business of trading and maintaining, for its own account or otherwise, imported or locally manufactured firearms, ammunitions, spare parts, ordnance and other equipment for the Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), other law enforcement agencies of the Philippine government and other qualified entities including export sales to friendly countries, to the extent allowed by law.
It launched its first batch of refurbished rifles for the PN-Navsog on May 10, 2009 at the Philippine Navy Day. Subsequently, on August 28, 2009, it received its manufacturing license from the Philippine government to manufacture UDMC-branded high-powered firearms of various calibers.
Our mission is to design, research, develop, and manufacture reliable, accurate, modern, and mobile infantry and CQB assault rifles, handguns and other types of weapons for the military and law enforcement agencies in the Philippines and for export to other friendly countries. Our mission includes the following business activities and value-added services namely:
- Weapons Manufacturing

- Weapons Refurbishing and Upgrade to our Patented PVAR System
- Weapons Design Engineering
- Weapons Marksmanship Training
- Weapons Customizing (for competition and/or special applications)
UDMC is a duly-licensed firearms manufacturing company and is the only company in the Philippines that can manufacture complete high-powered rifles of the AR and M4 platforms retrofitted with the UDMC Pneumatic Valve and Rod (PVAR) System (Patent No. 1-2009-000176 and 1-2011-000062).
