The 2011 BLACK KNIGHT pistol has a high-capacity (double stack) magazine that comes in calibers 9mm and .45, patterned after the 1911 and 1924 (A1 models). It is a semi-automatic pistol with the main upper frame and the slide made of SS-416 stainless steel machined from bar stock and the grip made of composite polymer. The action fires one round each time the single action trigger is squeezed and the hammer is cocked by the action of the slide.
